Customer Service Representative

Join our team of talented and dedicated individuals, in our Concord NH call center, assisting our customers in understanding their dental benefit plans. Our Customer Service Representatives respond to inquiries from individuals covered by our dental plans, as well as dental office staff members, in a timely, professional and positive manner. (No cold calling or sales involved.)

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating information and responding to questions from subscribers, groups, and dental office staff members, about their Delta Dental benefit plan, claim status, and other issues. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential in this position. An Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene, Communication, Business or related field, plus at least 2 years of related experience is required. Our employees enjoy a 37.5 hour workweek and a comprehensive compensation/benefits plan. Work Monday - Friday, daytime business hours.

Electronic Data Interchange Coordinator

(Closing Date – December 16, 2018)

Do you have experience with Electronic Eligibility files and 834 transactions? Do you have strong analytical and problem solving skills?

The ideal candidate for the EDI Coordinator position will have a broad knowledge of online enrollment tools and electronic eligibility/enrollment file formats. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential. Must be attentive to detail and have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

An Associates Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, plus at least two years of progressively responsible eligibility or enrollment experience or an equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience. Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with online enrollment tools, electronic enrollment file formats and the Health Insurance Marketplace preferred.


Software Quality Assurance Engineer

(Closing Date – January 5, 2019)

Northeast Delta Dental is actively searching for a Software QA Automation Engineer who will be responsible for safeguarding the production of robust and reliable software that provides a competitive advantage in the marketplace by monitoring the systems development processes to ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Technical Experience:

  • Must have strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes including experience with test automation using Visual Studio.
  • Must be able to design and execute clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
  • Must have an understanding of Test Pyramid concept and Testing Framework development.
  • C#- the ability to build, maintain, debug, and review tests at all levels, with a focus on services.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and solid design principles.
  • Selenium- understanding PageObject concept, xpath/css selectors
  • Git- understanding branches and Git flow.
  • Hands on experience in building automation framework from scratch
  • Experience with test frameworks such as NUnit or MSpec
  • Agile Experience- relevance of ceremonies
  • Good command of one or more scripting languages such as PowerShell
  • Experience with Oracle and SQL server, Jenkins, XML/JSON, and Postman is preferred.
  • JavaScript experience is a plus.

Technical Support Specialist

(Closing Date – December 16, 2018)

Do you have experience with solving technical problems and assisting end users? Do you enjoy developing creative solutions and continually improving processes? Northeast Delta Dental is accepting applications for a Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for enhancing computer and network systems and supporting users by analyzing requirements, installing and configuring hardware and software, and following up on inquiries and requests. This is a full-time 37.5 hour per week position at Northeast Delta Dental in Concord, New Hampshire. Schedule is Monday – Friday, daytime business hours.

Required Technical Experience:
Proficient in the use and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows & Office Suite. Experience with ticketing system concepts, Wi-Fi, Active Directory, VoIP, PowerShell, Group Policy, and OS imaging automation.

Additional Requirements:
Associates Degree in Computer Science plus at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education is required. Must have a valid driver’s license.
